Tunedness

Terms of Use

Updated:

By using tunedness.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may read the site, search it, subscribe to its feeds and link to it. You may not use it in a way that harms it or other visitors: scanning for vulnerabilities without permission, overloading it with automated requests, or trying to get around its technical limits.

Content and intellectual property

The notes, pages, designs and code on this site belong to Tunedness or its licensors, unless a page says otherwise. You may quote short passages with a clear credit and a link to the original. Anything beyond quotation, such as republishing a note or building on a figure or diagram, needs our written permission. Ask at [email protected].

Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply endorsement.

Information, not advice

The notes describe our own work and views. They are published for general information. They are not legal, financial or engineering advice for your situation, and results we describe may not carry over to your system, data or environment. We try to keep what we publish accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we give no warranty that the content is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose.

Consulting work

Engagements are not covered by these terms. They are governed by a separate written agreement. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails.

The site links to external pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, Tunedness is not liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and browser storage in the Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights you hold under the law of the country where you live. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that give you the right to sue where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date shown under the title is the date of the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
