Tunedness is an applied AI research and engineering lab. We are hired when a model almost works: the prototype that demos well and fails with real users, the eval that stopped moving, the agent that breaks in production. We reproduce the failure, write down what is actually wrong, and tune the system until your team can operate it. Everything we build is handed over — weights, prompts, eval sets and runbooks.
