Write to us at [email protected]. One address covers everything below, and a person reads it. We reply within three business days.

What to write to us about

  • A project. A model that almost works, an eval that stopped moving, an agent that fails in production. See About for how an engagement runs.
  • Research collaboration. A question you think we should look at together, or a result of ours you want to build on or challenge.
  • Press. Questions about the lab or our published notes.
  • A privacy request. Access, correction, erasure or objection. Say so in the subject line. Privacy requests are answered within the period the law sets, which the Privacy Policy spells out.

What to put in your first message

You do not need a polished brief. Four things let us answer usefully the first time:

  1. What you are trying to do, in a few sentences.
  2. What happens instead, with an example if you have one.
  3. What you have already tried.
  4. Any limit we should know about: a deadline, data you cannot share, or a model or provider you are tied to.

Please do not attach datasets, weights or anything confidential to a first email. We will agree on a safe way to share them once we know what you need.

What happens next

We read every message. If we are a good fit, we will suggest a call. If we are not, we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
